Final Tea...#4

Final photo's from the Cedar Creek Teapot show.

They had a little contest for "Viewers Choice award" at the show. I picked this guy. I'm sure the color and form had a lot to do with why I liked it so much. Plus the little tea strainer that went along with it was just such a great added touch.
So sorry, but I did not get the name of the potter who made this. If anyone knows, drop me a note! This teapot below won first place.
And here is my version of "Can you guess who this is"? I cropped the photo because the name was showing..........Ok...now don't cheat! This one threw me off when I saw it. ( My students out there....shhhhhhhhhhhh)

First I have to ask Blaine, did you know that teapot was by Linda Christianson when you saw it?
If not, I'll give you my top secret location for getting Piggly Wiggly shirts!
By the way, you need to post more on your blog site so I'm not the only dyslexsic potter with a blog that Ron can pick on.

I hate to be disputatious, but I believe your teapot/strainer was made by Gwendolyn Yoppollo. I believe she just spent the summer at Archie Bray.I like your blog. dan

Thanks Dan! Jen

That's the bottom teapot by L.C. Dan, I think you are referring to the top one made by Gwendolyn.

I like that word...disputatious. Jen I bet I'll use that in a sentence when I see you next time!

.....my husband would like that word.
Quaid is always saying to Joey" I don't know what that means?" and its usually after he's gotten in trouble for something.J
