Today in the studio

(Well these are sideways...but...) I picked up some pre-made decals at the Nc Potters conference just because I wanted to start seeing what I could do with them. I decided to try a few on some tiles. I love it when surfaces keep overlapping and have a lot of information visually to take in. These stencils have a pretty wide firing range so I'm going to try this first set out in the bisque kiln I'm getting ready to load today.
Its always fun playing around. Even if I don't like using these, its good to know so I have some tricks to show my students.

very cool- I like how they add to what you have going on.
It will be interesting to see how they work.

You probably let your food overlap on the dinner plate, too!?
